um, well in one of the effects there might be a period count set to 2 so it plays the effect twice or there might be something else in the behavior that augments the damage, increasing the damage done by 10 to a certain type of unit... kinda hard for me to tell just from looking at this. sorry i couldn't be of more help. maybe if you post your map here someone will be able to get a better look at your problem.
Well indeed can't really say anything from this. If it is as you say it should deal 10 dmg.
maybe you added something somewhere twice like for example initial and period.
... it is definitely 2 * 10 and not 1 * 20
I have added a armor reduction of 1, increased the damage to 10 and fired the Cracker a thousand time on a not being repaired Command Center with an armor of 1. 180 hp damage was caused during 10 sec firing.

While trying to adjust the damage amount, I have changed a few things to test how much damage is caused in total. So I have removed the initial and the refresh effect and also reduced the damage to 10. I wanted to added a armor reduction and a few attribute bonus instead. But this far I haven't got because of the strange doubled damage amount.
I will copy the effects and behavior stats to the paste ...
I wanted to reuse Purifier Planet Cracker and tried to scale the damage amount. But I ran into a strange problem. Maybe a math genius can help me:

If I am right, we have
10 sec / 1 sec * 1 hp = ? .... should be 10 hp !
But if I fire the weapon it causes 20 hp damage. o.O

Btw you mean it fires 20x1 or 10x2?
The buff applies the search initially and on refresh. Also the Purifier - Planet Cracker Damage effect does 20 Combat - Amount.
