i can't seem to find the answer in other threads so i ask here
i believe to have played several TD's before where you can start the building process even while units are passing
anybody knows where i can set this ?
in some td's mazing is needed to win the game...
yet when you have a hole somewhere where units are passing through and you want to close that gap, it doesn't work while units are passing through..
yet i have seen in some TD's that you do can place the tower while units are passing through
This would be useful, Namely how to make unowned units (owned works by default, but allied or enemy units) move out of the way when building something.

@Tercesje: Go
Could you please rephrase your question? It is unclear what you want.
Why(/how) would there be a problem to upgrade your tower(s), when a unit is passing by?
I think he means to push the units away that are occupying the grid where you want to place your tower. I've seen it done before as well.
I'm not at that part myself, so I can't help you here yet.
yes, sorry if i didn't make myself clear...
