Can someone please duplicate a thor for me and test it to ensure it works 100%. if it works, tell me what you did. the reason for this is that whenever i duplicate a thor the attack animations never plays or plays incorrectly. i.e. the thor just fires both attacks from one hand cannon and the hand cannon wont recoil as it should.
Could you also do this for the hellion/hellbat. created both the hellion and hellbat... when i press the morph button on say the hellbat to turn into the hellion it keeps the hellbat model but moves and attacks like a hellion
you have to fix the action (attack) actors and link every new actor. make list view, then check every value if it shouldn't link to the newly created actor. then you might have to change the actor events to your new weapon (?) also.
Duplicating units that have alternating attacks (Thors and Marauders) can be a huge hassle. Ensure that the events in the "Thor Copy" actor and "Thor Attack Copy" actor dont have damage effect or weapon links that connect to the original Thor. If your Thor's attack animations are reversed, for example if the Thors right hand attack initiates but the missile comes out the left arm, then fiddle with the left and right attack animation events in the "Thor Copy" actor. Every time i duplicate a Marauder i run into this problem and it drives me crazy.
