I just made a Holy Light ability which heals target friendly unit for x hp. It works great but Im having a few issues.
I cannot target units thru the unit group selection UI at the bottom on the screen. I can only cast it directly on the unit.
ermm... Just tested it out on a queen transfusion heal and you cannot cast on units in the unit group unit... you could do this is War3 but not sc2 i guess. O well Im gonna back log this issue for now.
I think you can make it prioritise units as seen in Heroes of the Storm. As such a unit more applicable as a target could take precedence over "trash" surrounding it. This makes aiming a lot easier most of the time unless you purposely want to target trash. Another solution is auto cast, since SC2 allows better auto cast customization than WC3.
The reason SC2 does not support the feature is because unit groups involve more units (WC3 capped at 12 per selection). Navigating 50 units to find the one you want is very hard, often impossible.

Hello,
I just made a Holy Light ability which heals target friendly unit for x hp. It works great but Im having a few issues. I cannot target units thru the unit group selection UI at the bottom on the screen. I can only cast it directly on the unit.
Is there a way to fix this?
Are there other abilities that can do that? I wasn't aware it was a thing.
