I tried search on both Yahoo, Google, and on here for one, but I can't find one that includes opening the .dds, editing it, and then reimporting it to full functionality. Does anyone know where this could be?

Try this:

• export texture (data editor or previewer -> right click desired texture -> export)
• open with Gimp + DDS Plugin (google should find you the right thing)
• edit texture
• save texture (format:
