How do you create a simple Toss Ability that once tossed it randomly targets an Enemy? Or where do I start? I copied Kerrigan's Toss but doesnt seem to fit my point of view lol
You target a unit, use a Set to mark it, use a Search Area effect to find a non source enemy target and then use a Launch Missile effect with no ammo unit and a mover from the target of the set to the target (of the search).

Heres what I did' From what I noticed Sotis was using Persistent Effect, but it doesnt seem to work other than Modify Unit Height in my side.
Try giving the persistent an offset in the -ve Y direction.

nvm I think they triggered it via Angle Points and stuff thus modifying it with Takes Fatal Damage from Persistent.
