You are trying to remove a flag only for a single unit which is impossible. Try making it that the buff is disabled if an axe weilding unit is in close proximity?

Easiest thing is to allow the axe to target invulnerable units. DrSuperEvil's suggestion will render the tree vulnerable to all units nearby even the ones without an axe. Maybe give it a unique combination of flags so only the axe targets it.
Okay so that is a cool idea not sure how to set up the Validator for this one though. How do i validate range of the axe wielding unit?
I could use a Search Area Effect but that would have hundreds since there are hundreds of trees is there a very simple way to do this without a search area effect?
I am currently trying a method that adds a search area effect to the unit holding the axe that then adds a buff to the trees that then disables the buff that adds the unclickable, unselectable and untargetable flags
Is this what you meant or is there a simpler solution would love to hear what you have to say

I am trying to figure out if there is a way to make a tree unit only targetable or clickable when another unit has an item.
So i want the tree to be unselectable unclickable and untargetable all the time except when the unit picks up an axe.
Currently i havent been able to figure it out anyone have any ideas?
