If you mean interceptors not returning until out of range then just give the weapon an arc of 360/able to fire while moving like diamondback and make it not channelled.

It works better now, but its still not perfect. As soon as the Interceptors kill an enemy unit, they move back into the Carrier. The point is that they shall remain shooting at enemy stuff until the Carrier flies away. (So the enemy units are not within attack range anymore.) At that point, the Interceptors fly inside again.
I´ve played around with both the Carrier and Interceptors attacks. I´ve also messed with the persistent effects.
Try adding a buff to the carrier that increases weapon range when interceptors launch. The persistent is redundant. All it needs is the Attack ability and a firing weapon.

Is it possible to make Carriers in SC2 more like BW Carriers?
