okay, I have my unit on a permanent hill, thats great, but now, the ability that I use that is supposed to create a hill underneath the missile of the shockwave ability just makes a second hill underneath the unit every time it launches, how o I stop this and transfer it to the missile ammo unit?
BONUS: is there a way to do the same thing but without deformation but with a terrain texture instead?
missiles may not have attachment points to attach actors to them
models can have terrain material and pretend to be terrain, even raise units if they have physics body (you jsut need the model)
another possibility is to create a persistent, which would "launch" (jsut a set of offsets with 0.0625 delay) a dummy effect in line, and terrain deformer actor will be created for 0.125s at the dummy effect point
I tried the actor creation in the events of the terrain deformer, now, instead of the invisible nothingness that it usually shoots, it shoots one of those models not found ball, no terrain deformer gets created anywhere and I get the error message:

if I use the unit itself and not the actor, it defaults to the caster. also, since I tried this the minimap vanished, it's 100% black execpt units, I didn't even touch the map setting.

Tried the Hosting: Host Site Operations - Operations field of the Terrain Deformer? Tried getting the Missile actor to create it?
Only can use splats to add a mask sadly.

All actors have an origin attachment point by default.

sorry huys, I passed out. I am using an invisible model for the ammo unit. The events of the terrain deformer look like this:

Seems that actor type cannot be attached. You need a timer to make several terrain deformers else it will only do a single deformation.

it does not do any deforms, if I attach it over events all that the missile birth it follows the launcher unit, not the missile
So the missile actor is using the create and it is still defaulting to the caster?
