I try to make the Stimpack model stay above the head of Marines for as long as the Stimpack buff is on. (As on the picture below)
I have tried different ways to loop the actor, but the model still just disapears after a few seconds. I imagine this is an easy thing to solve, but for some reason it refuses to work. >.<

I'm not positive, but let me take a stab at this...
Models | Stimpack Start Impact | Animation | Decrease Animation Speed from 1.0 to 0.0667 (approximately)
Just get the actor to make a timer on creation that loops every so many seconds and each time it loops it sets the animation time back to 0.
