Is it possible through the use of movers to create a missile that moves in decreasing circles from the Target of an ability to the Caster? The closest example I can think of is a whirlpool.
The Source of the ability is in the center of the whirlpool and the Target (the launch point of the missile) is somewhere around the outside. I realize my Source and Targets seem backwards, but that's because my missile shoots backwards (from the target to the source). The missile doesn't necessarily need to do a full 360+ degree turn, I'd settle (and actually prefer) a slightly smaller curve.
I don't have much (any, really) experience with movers, so it would be great if somebody could make an example for me, or at least point me in the right direction.
I have no clue whatsoever how to achieve something like that id like to see some 1 who knows the editor really well to look in2 this idea (bump =D) (may b use the actor effects from the mother ship vortex ability without the diminishing in2 nothingness part for the visual effect?)
I don't think the vortex effect will work as it is only a negative force effect and just pulls units in. I can imagine a way to create a whirlpool, but it would take a lot of stacking forces and create persistents.
