If you publish a map and you have a custom mod as a dependency will people be able to play your map without having to go download and put said mod in their directory?
Do you mean 'publish' as in upload to sc2mapster or publish as in uploading to battle net? If its battle net, I believe you upload the mod file separately, and then upload the map. On sc2mapster, I think the person would have to download the dependency and put it in the correct directory.
Ok cool so you can publish the mod 1st then the map and people can just join the map and it auto downloads the mod for them or does it just make reference to it?

Publish the mod first, then publish the map. People will be able to play it on Bnet with no complications.
Making reference to Battle.net btw

I'm pretty sure thats how it works, although I've never done it myself.
Yea, that's how it works, publish the mod first and it'll auto download when the map is downloaded
Ok cool.
Last question: Can multiple maps you host all call on that mod?
