I have edited the nuclear launch skill so that it has a smaller area of effect. Now i what to make the cursor with which you select the area the target area smaller, so that it has the same size of the area of effect. How can I do this?
im at work now so i cant check the nuke for sure, but find the cursor splat model, for the nuke, and set scale min and max smaller
i did this with EMP the other day, so it should work with nuke
find the nuke ability, then the cursorsplat actor which relates to the ability, then from the actor you can find the model splat it uses
(for example for EMP, the empsplat cursor actor links up ability ID EMP, with the model terran AOE cursor splat)
@HatsuneMikuMegurine: Go
Set the scale on the actor
setting the scale on the model worked for my custom units and EMP, etc
is it better to set the scale in actor rather than in model?, is there any difference if each 1 actor only pairs with 1 model?
EDIT: hmm if you set only the actor scale, then you can keep the model as default size in case another actor uses it right? i see
for my map i just made new actors and new models for everything
