Hey, I got a small problem with my structure. I duplicated it from Xel'Naga Shrine and can't find out why it builds instantly even I have set the time to 20.

Thank you so much, i had the exact same problem with a sniper turret, which was really annoying when terran players could just make an instant 15 range cannon right outside your base!
I always wondered what that ability was for anyway!

Make sure you have the build in progress ability added to your structure... I think that is the culprit.
