How can I make it so that terran infantry upgrades 2-3 do not require an armory?

Go to the ability tab > Armor upgrade ability > Commands +> Execute and at the very bottom theres a red X click that and all requirements should be removed.

The problem with that is that when I remove the requirements you can research it while reasearching level 1.

Found it, Go to the requirements tab, and find the requirement and you can alter it under Requiremnt +
