You could set the "action" actor's launch attachment query so it gets an appropriate attachment point from the model.
Or, you could create a "site" actor to offset the launch point by the desired X,Y,Z, then add that site operation actor to the action actor's "Launch site Ops".
On the missile weapon unit adjust the UI - Height or get the action actor to launch it from a site attached to an invisible model attached at an offset (cant just offset sites directly).
I got it to working hiding the real model and making another actor to add my wanted model attached to it. And btw I tried that but didn't work when the shooter's model is Xel'Naga Prison Console :P
I know that there are nearly thousand thread about this but none of them seem to work :(
So the problem is how to change the missile launch height from ground to the top of the structure.
I have done it before but I just can't remember how I did it xD

Try: Z Offset Missile Launch by Ultimaswc3. I used it to make an orbital strike, so this should work if you follow it correctly. =3

Works on my other map (same weapon) but actor and model of the ''shooter'' is different can it affect it?
Yes reason was the model. Seems like some models doesn't support launch site ops...
Look into the previewer to see the model's attachment points. Not every model has "weapon" attachment points for example.

Yeah I got it to work already but does it need any attachment point if it just a local offset nothing related to attachment points? :P

Why not? You just need to do the same for the launch site. Did you use the force launch site flag on the Action actor?
