I have been trying to get rid of this icon that shows up when I start and finish two of my three upgrades. The upgrades morph a supply depot to another one that has more health etc.
None of the upgrades cost 75 minerals and I see nothing in the Data editor referring to these 75 minerals.
I have been searching for days trying to fix this. I assume it is something simple I don't know about. Help please.

@IggNight: Go Is this upgrade a morph ability? Maybe 75 is the difference between the 2 forms. If this is the case, check your morph abilities.

It is a morph ability. However the cost difference between the two forms is never 75. The cost for the forms are 100 250 600 1200.
Go to your actor;
ConstructionCancelTerranSupplyDepot (Unnamed)
Go to the "textCreate" field and delete everything.
