I attached a sample map below.
There is spawning pool, and I want Zergling to cost 1 and roach to cost 1.
I changed it so that this is true, and it worked. but some point later the roach and zerling cost 0, as it is right now, even though the cost data was already set. Could anyone fix this?
SO if you make zergolins and roach cost 1 in that spawning pool, I will call you a genius.
It would be really appreciated
Without going into your map there's two places you have to adjust for a units cost, Unit editor, Cost
and then in the Ability, Spawning pool training (or whatever you named it) double click on the Ability Command, Train Zergling and there should be another set of costs for using the ability at the bottom.
Are both of those set correctly? Ideally the Unit Cost is set to 1 mineral and ability cost is set to 0 minerals.
In the map you uploaded they were set to be free. The Cost - Cost field of the Roach under the Units data type is set to 0 not 1. You are trying to get it to cost resources through the Train ability. The train ability of the larva is known to be buggy. Just make a new ability and adjust it to see if the problem goes away.

yes i used the cost in the larva-morph ability to set the cost for zerglings and roaches, because I am spawning 4 roaches and 17 zergkings for 1 mineral each. Which means I wanted that 4 roach to be produce with the spent of 1 mineral in a single purchase. Thats exactly what I did.
I'm surprised to find that that larva train ability is known to be buggy because I think im experiencing the same bug. Setting it to parent and re setting everything again does not work, I just tried it. Do you have any more idea of this bug? The mineral value is 0 no matter wha. Buggy.
Well I know there is a known issue with the scourge train tooltip using the same ability. I never dupe because duping just is asking for trouble. If in doubt delete the ability and make a brand New one with the same settings. Make a new Train ability and set it to what you want and see if the problem persists. Yes duping is unrelyable and should be avoided at all costs.

i am aware. It is problem that they are all set right and once they all worke. Now it doesnt work
Hmm, I don't know how you did it but the Minerals cost doesn't show up or effect any unit. Gas still works.
Checked your map and the roaches are free. Only thing stopping you from making more is the supply.
Under the Units data type just set them to cost 1/number spawned
