Look at the following pic. If I tell the marine below the line to walk to the other side of the line, He will move forward and get stuck in the center of the line of marines.
Now if i tell the marine to walk to the other side of the supply depot line, he will walk all the way around.
Bottom line. How can i make it so my marine will walk around the line of marines just like he would walk around a line of supply depots?

WHy the difference?
place a baneling for player 15 just over the marine line, that should do :P
Use the trigger- ability targeting target point to make a ghost nuke them, that should help

It has something to do with the pathing radius of the units, as well as the push priority.

im not sure.... i dont think the inner radius matters becasue i placed the marines tightly together as possible

If a units radius is small enough, it can walk through anything. Also consider the "push priority" of the unit.
the marines arent being pushed. They are on hold positon. and the radius is not small. it is .375...nothing out of the ordinary
