As the title suggests, I have two missile effects that I want to utilize with a single ability (i.e. click one button begins the launch effects, creates the persistents, and runs through every other effect in the chain). I imagine that I need to use a Set Effect, is that the case? If not, any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Well, you can push the button, create the persistent, put your launch missile into the periodic effect, and make the period count 2. It all depends how exactly you want your missile(s) to do. Launch 1, then it impacts, launches another? Or, launch them at the same time?
You can also add Periodic Duration... going off the top of my head, and modify them to like 0.0000 and add a second one at 0.5000 to the above persistent effect and it would launch the first missile immediately and then the second 0.5 seconds later.
Create Persistant Periodic Effects can do alot more than that is you have two periods set to 0.0000 in a row the effect would launch two at once but you could also set it that it uses one effect on one period count then another on the next. If there are more peiods than effect it seems to always default back to the first.
