I use the Reaver in my mod. The damage effect is displayed as the attack icon. No matter if I change the attack damage value, attack speed or attack range, the icon still shows the same values. :s
@Kabelkorven: Go Have you created the weapon yourself? If you copied it from another map, like mine ;-) the Reaver uses a "fake" weapon to be displayed there, and you need to change this weapon too. It's just like the Carrier.

The weapon has a field named "UI: Damage Display Effect" that it uses to pull the damage from a damage effect.
Also, you can set the attack count to 0 to blend that count out as a single attack or no displayed value will have the same meaning to the players.

I did in fact copy it, but not from your mod. I "burrowed" it from the SC2BW MOD..
I'm too bad at the editor to create stuff like the Reaver myself.. : /
No matter what effect I set as the "Damage Display weapon" at the Reaver, the same information appears. (The info on the picture above.)
I even give the Reaver the display effect of marines etc. Still the Reaver.
Since I copy+pasted the entire Reaver into my MOD, can that be a part of the problem?
(Yes I know its a lousy method :( )
