1. How can I make the unit just attack target ground one time? If I want to attack the same spot more then once I need to click Attack Ground there each time.
Remove the add behavior effect from the weapon's set effect and reduce the duration of the behavior to be slightly lower than the attack cooldown.
This might be a little inaccurate, for more precision you can try to kill the dummy after missile launch, but you might need some adjustments for the missile to still reach its destination then. You can also issue a stop order after firing the missile.

I upload a test map with the stuff I built. I´ve tried lots of variations. Right now it looks like this:
1. I give Stop order to the Set effect of the attack. When the unit fires a missile it is orderered to stop. If so, it can´t continue to channel attack the same spot. But it does not work at all. The best thing would be if it channeled attack the same target unit (like a unit does when you right click it to attack a specific target) but I don´t want it to channel attack the same spot.
2. I disable "best unit" . If I select 5 catapults and choose a spot to attack, all attack there at once. If I want all 5 to attack then I have to click the same spot 5 times. (Just like casting Psi Storm)
And if I add the "Smart cast" flag, the catapult can´t move at all.. O_o
3. If I attack a friendly unit it gains a timed life buff, like the dummy unit has. (This does not happen in the ordinary version my map, even though everything looks the same.. I just copy + pasted this ability and it´s effects and everything to the test map)
1. Remove the Attack Ground Apply effect from the Throw Molotov Set and set the duration for the Attack Ground Timed Life to 3.5 seconds.
2. Ah, I misunderstood what you wanted. Check Best Unit again and try to give the ability a short cooldown instead (3 to 4 seconds? Depends on your attack cooldown). There might be a better solution, but I cannot think of one right now.
Also, you did send me the exact same testmap I did send you? Or what is the difference?

But I had that earlier. If I had 5 catapults seclected and used Attack Ground on 5 spots, only 1 unit would respond to the orders. The others would do nothing.
Now when I disable "Best unit" all catapults attack the same spot when I cast Attack Ground anywhere.

Thats what the ability cooldown is for. I just tried it and it works.
