I've set up an ability which can be auto-cast to hit a target. The launch effect is set to hit Target Unit / Target Point. The damage effect was set up to hit Target Unit / Point, and I tried changing it to impact Target Point.
The ability works fine when it is targeted at the ground, as well as most cases of targeting a unit. However, it appears that if the missile strikes a unit perfectly, the damage effect does not trigger.

Target point excludes the units so the damage effect must have Target Unit in it.
