The default Wraiths that can be found in the editor starts to attack ground units instead of air units when both are present.
For example, if I place mutalisks and zerglings/hydras on the map, Wraiths shoot at the ground units rather than the air units. (Unless attacked)
This means that if I A-move my Wraiths into combat to attack enemy scourges and mutalisks that hovers above some Hydralisks, the wraiths will attack the ground units.
Afaik, weapons are always priorized by their maximum range, same reason why Thors prefer air over ground targets. So the easiest solution would be to give the air attack a slightly longer range than the ground attack. Alternatively, you could use validators to disable the ground attack, if valid air targets are nearby.

How can this be changed?
