Ok. Has custom model in 3dmax. I wana add on it something like zealot dreads (or corruptor tenacles), but it must be my own (not just copy/paste). How I can do it?

OMG! New hero in 'Heroes of the Storm' is Dustin Browder. Watch here!
If you plan to export it as a M3 model useable in SC2, you cannot, as far as I am aware. Zealot dreads and corruptor tentacles vanish for the current version of the fan-made exporter, and Blizzard probably won't release their official art tools until the release of HotS.
You could probably imitate this kind of effect by creating corresponding animation with a usual mesh. Like flattering when a model walking, hanging when it is standing and dangling when the model attacking. May not be easy (unless you know how to use reactor stuff), but would look cool if you manage to create it.
btw, do you use normal maps?
