Thanks Taylormouse and printIn~ The Chain is splribbon which has a physic node at the end of each other, so that the ends won't move with the model itself.
And here comes our Mule warrior, looks weird but still powerful.
I like this, I mean noticing the author before using the model in the game. I was not sure whether there are any bugs inside the model when released it, so leaving a reply here can help me contacting you if the model need a repairing or update.
And here are the murlocs. Ah Ah Wo Wo Ou OU Ah.....

To be honest, those murlocs look better in the SC2 engine than they ever did in the Warcraft engine, very nice work.
Could anyone point me towards a tutorial of some sort on where to start with particle effects? Is it done through 3DS Max, or Galaxy Editor, or can you use both? Thanks!
Thanks, there are few good tutorials on SC2 particles for now, but don't worry, I am pretty sure there will be some good tutorials very soon. Most of my models are done in 3dsmax, but some of the extra uses are done in Editor by Nanakey.
Today I bring a new model of David Kim, in our story he is a guy called "Wing of Balance", this is his new equipment after his first death.
It's not an in-SC2 game, I was playing Healthstone at that moment (And the single card cause 20 damage by chance.)
These days I am failed on test some of new models. Now there are some new previews here although the model I really want still haven't found a solution.
It's the model "RoadMetalStraight_00.m3" which is used for building the roads in the Terrain, our system is a little different with original terrain so nanakey wants a group of solid models (original ones are Splat model), the problem is there are 24 of them and the m3addon m3toxml can't work on them since they are too old even in the WoL.
0.0 I don't want to repeat the same things for 24 times.
I have forgotten a picture last night, this one is simple and not very cool on effect, but I think similar models will be useful in these gun fight games. It's a laser points from the gun to the target and shows the light spot. There is a similar model in SC2 but I can't find it, so I made a new one.
Btw, sorry for the delay on the tutorial on split animations, I will/must finish it tonight.
Ah that gun laser is pretty cool! I can definitely see a lot of maps using that. Especially first person and third person games. I like the rainbow stream that's pretty awesome too, I like how creative your models get.

Cool particle effects as always :). I expecially like the chain idea.

Thanks, I will keep working on this.
Since many guys like the chain magic effect, here is the 3dsmax files, hope this can help you, best wishes.

thanks delph, i'll likely be using that in my map :)

I laughed at the Obama head. I like the Protoss spinning thing it's got the perfect amount of Protoss feel.
What's the model you want to do?

Does the arc model respond to radius input and can I have it? O.o

That splat model can't be controlled dynamically, it only contains 3 different angles inside. This new update can fix this limit.
Of course you can use this model, I will finish last tests for this model later.
Another ice magic effect. I was trying to do some effects for stun skills.
