A satellite image scale of New York, it's my first time trying this kind of model, so the details still far from good, but the entire model seems very interesting.
And since zolden and TaylorMouse already started to make those excellent video tutorials, maybe I can make some tutorials too, hope I can help more people.

If you happen to add more animations for the marine model I'd appreciate any that you're able to release.
The level up animations are pretty awesome too. Overall I can't wait to see how this map turns out as it's looking quite interesting now. I'm also curious to try some of the models that you've made when you release the map.
Sure, I will send you the model, weapons and m3a file later. This model isn't based on standard Marine but the Jim Raynor Marine model.
I have to say I still need some time to make it better, so the finally model maybe some differences. So plz replace it with the new one when our mod released (Still need couple months).
Here is the SSN_Vroginia Class Submarine, finished today, all helpers and animations added.
And I made an ASDS (Advanced Seal Delivery System) for the special team.
Most of the ideas came from EMP skill model, like the shockwaves and particles. But since there are too many effects with blue glows and tron styles so I chose green and tried to make some differences.
And I made a text effect model (contains 5 color and all numbers and English words inside.) for in-game tips.
Since last time I made new models like color glow words and magic shoots effects and so on, it seems I don't have enough new ideas about how to make some different effects, need some time to regroup my mind.

Thanks, I have spent some time on this kinds of "environment effects". Most ideas came from the aircraft games.
Here are some new models, all stuff and helpers for sc2 added. The SM3 missile can throw away its booster after launch.

Another nice set of models, is this cloud a model like the way in HotS campaign is made?
In one thread I wanted to remake this without requiring anything custom but I was not sure if a model or a texture/triggers are involved.

That's quite different, blz's cutscene shift is much complex than mine, and my "smoke channel" is just a singal particle emitter which only for test.
