EDIT: Ah, the polycount is good? I thought it was a bit much, but I'm not really sure. I have had mixed answers about how many I should have.
how many polys do you have now? you can have more the 3k poly if your map is gonna contain just a few unit(no mass army) how many are you planning to have at the same time?
Well it's going to be a hero-type unit, so each game might have about 10, though not limited to being near each other. I added the arms and now I have 714 polygons total(both sides included).

poly count looks good, no need to weld together anything. and the same thing as the other guys, a little more round ass then you are good.

Only 714? yeah you are fine, the heaviest sc2 unit in the actuall game are about 3000 polys.

Is the model editable poly or editable mesh? Because if it's editable poly then the actual polycount is much higher.
