I also think you can assign one using max, because there is a ogg plugin installed with the SC2 art tools, so maybe using the trackview in max could solve the problem...
Very cool animation, but why ghost doesn't sheath his gun and use both hands to manipulate the platform? another empty hand can do more detailed animations, for example he can use his left hand to block lights or other energy waves when the wrap gate is activated.
I actually liked both the gate AND the Ghost animation. It'd become a must for Terran installation maps, where you must operate computers. Good job, there.
I think it is hard to understand and use triggers in the editor. Maybe you should ask for help for those users in sc2mapster who are experts in trigger modules so you may be able to finish the model before you release it in this forum. Also, after you finish the portal gate model, can you proceed in working the SC1 Power Generator model because Zarxiel needs it in his SC1 remake. Please accept my request ):

Oh, by the way. I exported some of the old mods of the SC1 remake teams' assets that contains your Arbiter model and textures as well as the icon and wireframes created by SoulFilcher before the SCR-TGW mod got deleted in DropBox. I want to thank you for that model you created because I need that in my personal use :-)

Where is it? I can not find it. And should assign at least 5 different sound

I don't know how to use it but there is a Star2OggPlugin.bmi in the Max folder in the plugins.
The sound files in SC2 are wav and ogg, maybe try adding a ogg file yourself using max
In max, open the Dope Sheet, and double click on the sound icon, add your tracks there, I never tried it, try a wav and ogg file... hope this helps
