Nice model there, I'm pretty terrible at making good textures. but you dont seem to have problem with them at all! nice work, very proffessional looking!
Its specular map seem to be white. While protoss usually have a gold-looking one, just check default protoss specular maps and do the same (with about 5-7 value of material's specularity multiplier)
