I have problems with a box model I made for my Hive Keeper map.
I reimported one of my m3 models into 3ds max, changed a texture and then reimported it to the game and now it's sized 120% more
I'm not able to fix the scale anymore, in 3ds it still seems to have 1 unit model of width & depth and 2 of height.
I played once with the units editor but I don't think I changed anything... I tried to delete the 3dsmax ini file too and nothing is changing :|
Because I need precision, all these tiles are equally distanced to create a wall. I can't leave small spaces between them.
I probably can do it with a lot of tries but still I prefer to understand my 3ds error.

How do I fix it?
Going to need some additional information:
What version of 3ds Max are you using?
What version of the M3 Plugins?
Can you give the name of the model you are using?
If you just need to change the texture, a temporary fix would be to edit the texture path in a Hex Editor or Notepad.
Another option would be to create new entries in the Model Tab of the Data Editor, and use the SelectTextureByID method.

Why don't resize it in Data Editor or max again, until it fits?

Formally Kinkycactus
Mmmm sorry it seems I imported a wrong model, I was able to find one that worked and finally I have the correct sized model ;)
