Isn't there something like "save linked content", if you right click the link?
The problem is that your browser attemps to open and display these files and "fails".

Curse Premium.dds are image files. You can edit them using Photoshop + Nvidia .dds plugins. An alternative may be to use GIMP.
.m3 files are model files, and you can import/export them with 3ds Max (2010-11 pref) and the .m3import/export script.
Google em up.

I use Paint.Net. It's free and relatively simple to use.
