Tree Tag Alpha-Omega
A remake of the Warcraft 3 Classic Tree tag. Currently 100% working, but not 100% of the content has been ported over, almost to 100% now. Used to be Tree Tag Alpha. Please Search "Tree Tag Alpha" in SEA or NA server to play old version. New version will be available soon.
Description: The Zerg are coming to invade your Taldarim homeworld. You must prepare defences as a probe and hide until your mothership arrives to fend off the attack. Protoss players start with a Probe which can summon a variety of structures.
Zerg: You start with an Pyra/Blaze/Burnin'. Your task is to kill off all the probes so you can claim the Terrazine Gas on the planet.
Captured/Dead probes are placed in the middle of the map. They can be rescued by a team mate. Zerg can win the game by capturing all probes.

More Description:
Its a Hide and Seek style of game. Probes cant build anything early that would delay the Zerg. The structures it can build at the moment are all the same as the Warcraft III version of Tree Tag. The Zerg players spawn with 1 Hero each which will be unique to that player. These heros have few similar spells such as Barrage (destroys trees in an area) and some different ones which are now implemented into the game. Note: All Zerg units are melee.
Items have not been implemented, such as sentry spore, crystal ball (reveals an area), and more.
All three zerg units are now up and working, all with learnable abilities specific to the kind of hero.
This map is the best custom game type I've played in SCII, and its only just been made! It's fast paced, exciting and is full of simply hilarious moments which make this game epic! There are a few things that do come to mind which could be made better. Firstly the terrans have practically no chance of winning as it is. They move too slow to cover the vast reaches of the map so without perfect teamwork, cornering probes is next to impossible, mainly due to one thor being unable to run down one probe as the time it takes to stop and attack is enough for a probe to move out of range. The addition of the hellion scout and net for terrans would solve this issue. With the balancing sorted it would make for an even better game. Awesome work Apexplosive!
