Working on the engine, turning implemented evasion based on attack/facing direction implemented exoskeleton manipulator abilities half implemented fixed a bunch of stuff that the new patch broke

Haven't extended the AT list yet;
AT list is currently hidden;
Unit pathing code is not optimized;
only physical evasion works (but magic is easily added in);
evasion only works if the attacked unit is facing within a 120 degree arc toward its attacker,
there's not a type of evasion that works regardless of facing yet.
