Working on the engine, battle-menu UI implemented move & attack & wait & ability actions work added room to create additional cinematic effects for abilities and created the Arcturus Summon to demonstrate (and fixed a really nasty bug involving the AT list)

Haven't extended the AT list yet;
AT list is currently hidden;
Unit pathing code is not optimized;
