[7.3 version] the unique command bar is disappeared #287

    Bug Description

    first time when the game is started newly, it works well. but after save and if i load the game,  the unique command bar is disappeared. it changes to the default version.

    Go to options and try disabling "Simple command bar". This worked for me.
