"SCMRsetup" - not a bug.

Bug Description

Is it possible localization the "SCMRsetup" map using the "SCMRlocal.SC2Mod" file?
If this is not possible, can you import Polish texts to the file "SCMRsetup.SC2Map"?

These are only Polish texts, they do not interfere with texts in other languages.

I think I may overall the SCMR setup to make it a real setup....looking into a better way to make this executable and unzip for you. Translations on the actual install file dialog messages may be needed....stay tuned
