SCMR Cinematic addon for v5.4

Optional addon, includes the original CGI cinematics.

Manual installation:

- Extract the "SCMRcinematics" file into the "Mods" folder in your Starcraft 2 install directory - Extract the "SCMR Campaign Launcher" and the "SCMR Cinematic Player" files into the "Starcraft Mass Recall" folder found in the "Maps" folder in your Starcraft 2 install directory (the Campaign Launcher map will overwrite the standard non-cinematic Launcher)
