• The game should now always start regardless of votes for game mode
• Marines are much tougher
• The shield item now provides much better protection
• Increased the max and starting ammo for all non-energy weapons
• Increased the damage of punch
• Players should now be able to capture observers in the military room
• Heavy Armor, Battle Armor, and Power Armor now provide less defense
