SpineCrawler D!
Just like the old one. Enemies come from the top bottom left and right and all four corners. You spend your money on either more drones for crawlers or for units that do extra damage vs some of the waves! it's set up for 1 player testing and can be altered to play at one of the corners or for multiple people to play

When the publishing system comes out all of the spawns will always be on, but for right now i have the waves for players 2 thru 8 disabled you'll need to enable them, save, and send the map to your friend so you two can both play. Player 2's units spawn at 2spawn4end so make sure you enable all of the waves. If you don't feel confident PM me and I'll email you a map that works for two players. Good luck :)
does this currently work with multiplayer? I was trying last night and one person would spawn on the left and their units would spawn, but player 2 would always be on top and get no units to spawn

Ok ... Found a way to exploit your map. You can block without units to kill you!
Well you've gotta realize that i wrote that when the map first came out. Since then I've upgraded the attacks to be much more effective vs light,biological and be much less effective vs armored units such as the marauders but for me i just do a diagonal maze that ends up being a full triangle towards the top right. and i go strictly spinecrawlers until the marauders, then i get 10 marines then 10 archons then 8 stalkers to 6 ghosts and then mass mutas. anyway i still don't have any trouble killing the marauders of normal let alone easy :). I'm still really glad you enjoyed this map.
Pretty good! The marauder round is still very hard, even at easy. I managed to eventually get it, but compared to it every round is easy, so the difficulty isn't progressing with every round. You have to keep in mind that at round 4-5 it's not possible to have a good maze AND a correct unit composition. Turns out you have to go for the latter to pass marauders, but then your maze suffers. You say scv's are the pain? we must not have gone the same route at all. I went for a complicated spiral maze that took several rounds to be effective. In the meantime, I survived with tanks, archons and stalkers. When my maze was complete there was limited space for units at the middle (I didn't block), so I went entirely for air. Scv's we're very easy for me! ^^
Firstly, I would like something in the game that tells me what unit the next wave is and the stats of that unit.
Secondly, I think that 'lives' would be nice, say 3 or 5 lives just one gets past, this would be best in single player, I don't think this should be a feature in multi player. These are just some more suggestions, hope they helped :)
