Updated the mod to Scion Custom Races version 1.89 (The Genetron Power Update)

• Mole's Better Radar now affects the Subterranean Sensor Ability, as it was changed from a behavior in update 1.85
  • The old behavior was cloned over for future use or if it is preferred for your project over the new ability. 
  • Known bug: Minimap display does not adjust
• Aquila improved nanite grenades now make the upgrade cost 25 power instead of 50 to parity the energy reduction.
  • All Aquilas may use nanite grenades at a minimum of 25 power in the bank instead of 50
• Avenger's Double Missile upgrade increases power cost to parity the energy cost
• Inciter Overdrive now uses power to parity its energy use
• Processor's Analyze Weakness costs 50 energy instead of 75 and costs just as much power. (This was changed due to the Processor's energy supply being reduced from 200 to 75)
• All upgrades have names, however they are subject to change in future releases. The description page will be updated to reflect this.
