Quick combat now works
Turns now work (type -done to finish placing units early. You cannot attack until the placement phase is over)
Sloppy dialog to vote for turn time (error with negative offset values, working on it)
You can still attack any territory, trying to fix.

NOT SUITABLE FOR MULTIPLAYER!
