Wave 16(burrow) is not detected by the detector tower, this makes the map unwinnable past that point. Is this a bug introduced in patch 16 or am I missing something?

I remember a game when (it went on for a crazy amount of time at that stage of the map development... baneling nests?) the player with the lowest kill count had like 50 vespene. O_o
Too bad only one nuke can be dropped at a time by the same probe.

So according to this system, the total number of gas allotted for each game is exactly the same?
Gotta say, I love this map, SO much.
So much fun in both multiplayer and single player.
BTW, can you tell me how the vespene is distributed? Because I noticed in multiplayer that people with lower kills had more vespene. Is there a ratio or something?
And quick hint: the power aura works best with few, stronger towers, while the speed aura works best with more towers that are slightly less upgraded.
Increase speed for fire tower!!! :P just a thought :)

I'll probably stick to Ice Lv 1's and I think making a couple extra would be more cost effective than upgrading.
Yeah lowering the splash tower price was a good idea and brought it into better balance I think, especially for the last two upgrade prices.
atm stuck around level 30 on 120%, using 2 splash, 3 basic, 2 air, 3 lvl 1 frost.
The ultra boss stage is rough on hardest :) I try to save a couple nukes for it.
It would be nice to see a tooltip on a few towers before upgrading:
- Level 2 frost tower, what is the difference?
- Aura towers showing speed/dmg increase, though math tells me it's 10%/20% damage, and I would assume the same for speed.
- Level 7 laser adding splash
Perhaps as an incentive in the future, all level 7 towers have a bonus of some sort, like laser does. Good work man.
Yeah I tried the splash on its own. Worked out. Just had to upgrade it fully to really get the effect.
I haven't tried on higher difficulty though.
Splash towers are actually pretty strong and are even better than fire towers. You can easily beat 80% difficulty with just one splash tower and a few basics (for boss) and 2 ice plus AA tower. All u have to do is start with splash + 1 basic and continually upgrade the splash, you dont even need fire towers anymore.
Level 7 Laser towers dont deal damage to air units, the animation shows it hitting air units but really they aren't doing damage.
Really cool. Cant wait to play multiplayer.
