Second alpha with a boatload of changes.

• Burrow has temporarily been removed. It probably will not come back.
• Added unit information on train buttons.
• Added spellcaster: High Templar. Can cast Auto-Turret, Graviton Beam, and Snipe.
• Lowered the Reaper's speed.
• Changed the starting resources to 1000 of everything for testing purposes.
• Added terrazine counter in the upper right corner.
• Queen can attack ground and air targets at once (buggy)

• Queens' double attack is buggy and incomplete.
• Dark Templar will be in the next version.
• Unit build times are messed up.
