New build.

Made map larger, opened and added more highground ramp access.
Filled arena with water, added more LoS blockers, as well as fog and wind generation. (awesome look and feel)
Added Wily Whale - Whirlpool ability.
Added Fisherman - Auto Nuke Load functionality for upgrade.

This map sucks with only 4 players. :[
