Custom abilities test map

Your view initially centers on Tassadar.

Tassadar has the following abilities:

  1. Spiral (Data, Triggers)
  2. Lightning Stream (Data)
  3. Lightning (Data)
  4. Dash (Data, Triggers)
  5. Kamehameha (Data)
  • Spiral is a finished work.
  • Lightning Stream is a work in progress. I wanted to create a Chain Lightning effect where the Lightning visibly travels from one target to the next. This has proven to be a challenge. The Chain Lightning effect will probably not damage units along the lightning's path. Instead, the Chain Lightning effect will jump from unit to unit, and will be able to target air units.
  • Lightning is a finished work. Lightning now does intermittent damage along the path of the beam.
  • Dash is a work in progress. I intend to add some effects to the dash, and perhaps create a more advanced path of motion. Dash is based on "The Adventures of Goku Firebat" by zenx1.
  • Kamehameha is a nearly finished work. Kamehameha now does intermittent damage along the path of the beam. Kamehameha is based on "The Adventures of Goku Firebat" by zenx1.

Nova has the following abilities:

  1. Gravity Grenade (Data)
  2. Bola (Data)
  • Gravity Grenade is a finished work. Gravity Grenade creates a sphere wherein missiles are slowed and eventually removed. Gravity Grenade now gradually reduces missile speed before removing the missiles. Gravity Grenade is based on a WDE submissions by Kueken531 and one Chiquihuite.
  • Bola is a work in progress. I am considering various ways to apply the damage effect, so that damage syncs with the ability graphic (I am considering using Persistent Searches along the path of the beams; I'm not sure if this would be too much stress on the computer). I am also attempting to attach flames (a la Siege Mode Impact Flames) to units damaged by the Bola Ability. Help is appreciated in applying damage effects to target units, and creating corresponding visuals for the damage effects.
