The head of DJ's Locker is an elusive rogue Spectre with no real name. He apparently has no memory of his own name and the Davey Jones monicker is simply something he had a habit of saying when drowning his victims. He has since calmed down from psychotic rampages against less-than-friendly civilians and works with loose morals as the head of his private military firm. Only a few people have seen his face, and those same people lose their memories of it after departing with him.

DJ's Locker is in competition with Tosh's Goons for contracts. Furthermore, Mira's Mercs has constantly peddled the possibility of buying out DJ's Locker in exchange for a handsome cut of any job, but Davey has always declined. Both mercenary groups are, however, apparently unaware that they are working with a Spectre-owned mercenary group.
