Added Static Portraits Select 2D portraits from your Game Options.
Had a Request to Reset the UI here is a new option.
Added Camera Settings to the Top Right Menu.
Camera Settings now include an option to Set the Camera back to the Default Melee Camera
Im not sure why he wanted it but i included it.
Reason why it wasnt included before is because of how zoomed out it is since Units are 1/2 the size

Lowered Cooldown of Shaman Negative Blast and Increase Damage to -8/sec from -5/sec
