SC1 - UED Captain

  The UED Captain, the unseen and unnamed character from SCBW Episode V: The Iron Fist now has a custom model of his appearance. Includes icons, static portrait and wireframe. Re-uploaded due to a missing texture.

  The UED Captain was a commanding officer of the United Earth Directorate Expeditionary Fleet under the command of Admiral Gerard DuGalle and Vice-Admiral Alexei Stukov.

   After the long journey of the UED Expeditionary Fleet from Earth to the Koprulu Sector, , the captain awoke from cryogenic sleep by cryostims and listened to Admiral Gerard DuGalle's speech to the UED fleet before receiving orders from Vice-Admiral Alexei Stukov to capture Boralis, a capital city of Braxis from the Terran Dominion. Despite temporary setbacks, the captain managed to capture the planet's capital with the aid of Lieutenant Samir Duran and the Confederate Resistance Forces, who allied themselves with UED Fleet and became the first colonial conscripts to support the campaign movement of UED in the Koprulu Sector, earning praise from his superiors.

   After the UED tac teams acquired data from Braxis' destroyed command center, the captain led a strike force to capture a number of Dominion battlecruisers in the raid on the Dylarian shipyards and the operation became successful.

   Later, DuGalle ordered the captain and Lieutenant Duran to locate and destroy the psi disrupter on Tarsonis. Despite facing four zerg hive clusters, the captain successfully destroyed these structures causing the zerg to stop attacking and Duran made his way to the psi disrupter but stopped by the ghost working for Stukov, claiming that the vice admiral would destroy it himself.

   During the UED forces assault on Korhal, the captain successfully crippled the Dominion's tactical weapons and led his troops to attack the capital city of Augustgrad but in an unfortunate event, Emperor Arcturus Mengsk escaped onboard the Dominion flagship Norad III with the aid of James Raynor. When the UED tracked down the fugitives on the Aiur, the captain was ordered by DuGalle to destroy Raynor's command center on a protoss encampment and capture the fugitives but the shadowy betrayal of Lieutenant Duran somewhat caused the zerg to attack the UED forces current position, forcing the UED troops to retreat and indirectly allowing the fugitives to escape through a warp gate.

   When the UED Fleet returned to Braxis, the captain was ordered by Admiral DuGalle to lead a strike force and accompany Duran to terminate vice-admiral Alexei Stukov for his betrayal. After Stukov was shot by Duran and during his dying breath, the vice-admiral revealed that he was not the traitor but merely Samir Duran, the perpetrator who was somehow claimed to be"infested" by the zerg and Stukov requested his old friend DuGalle and the captain to keep the psi disrupter intact.

   After the psi disrupter was secured by the UED forces, the captain and Admiral DuGalle led UED forces in a daring assault against the zerg on Char to claim the Second Zerg Overmind and the operation became successful as the UED placed the planet Char under their control.

   The fate of the UED Captain after the Brood War was unknown after the destruction of the UED Fleet and the infestation of the UED flagship Aleksander but there are speculations that the captain somewhat survived the conflict along with the UED remnants and remained in hiding on the Koprulu Sector.
