SC2Mapster

v0.1: Added a leaderboard, terrained map, items are now bought via dialogs.

v0.1: 1 unfinished hero, so he cannot be chosen yet. Leaderboard is a bit big with all 14 players playing. Some bugs with hero spawning, but that should be fixed now. Also, respawn function isn't great yet. v0.2 should have a proper one.
